The original crime fighter Sailor V, was in reality the sailor scout Sailor Venus. Despite having her guardian Artemis (the cat) with her, she spent so long fighting alone that she forgot what it was to be a part of a team and the value of friendship. When eventually she reunited with Sailor Moon and the sailor scouts she once again found where she belonged as leader of inner senshi.
